These website terms do not replace a signed master services agreement, statement of work, or other contract for professional services. Where a signed contract exists, that contract controls for the engagement it covers.

This website is offered for general information about our company, services, and process. Content is provided as-is for informational purposes and may be updated without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You may browse public pages and contact us through published channels. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages.
All information on this site is directed to a general business audience. It is not legal, financial, or security advice, and it is not an offer to form a contract unless we expressly confirm an engagement in writing.
3. SMS program terms
If you provide a mobile number and consent to text messages, you agree to receive SMS from ClearPath Software Consultant related to your inquiry, appointments, project updates, or other service messages you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Consent to text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including that they are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website or our contact channels to:

The ClearPath name, logo, tagline, website design, copy, and related brand materials are owned by ClearPath Software Consultant or our licensors. Any sample diagrams, process descriptions, or service explanations on this site remain our intellectual property. Client work product is governed by the applicable services agreement, not by these website terms.
6. Professional services
Descriptions of services, process phases, and capabilities are illustrative. Actual scope, fees, timelines, warranties, and acceptance criteria are defined only in a written agreement signed by both parties.
Submitting a contact form or attending an introductory call does not create a client relationship, obligation to perform work, or confidentiality duty beyond what we already apply to ordinary business inquiries—unless a separate non-disclosure or services agreement is signed.
We may decline or discontinue discussions at our discretion, including where a project is outside our expertise, presents a conflict, or would require work we cannot support.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClearPath Software Consultant and its people are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content.
Our total liability related to this website is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, solely to access this website in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed.
Website content is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
